The Loretto Mustangs will be home for the holidays to greet  the Moore County Raiders at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 Loretto entered their tilt with Cornersville with five consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with six. Loretto simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Cornersville 64-26 on the road. That looming  64-26 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Loretto yet this  season.
 Loretto's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Jenny Clifton, who  scored 22 points. Those 22 points set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was  Ally Weathers, who  scored 16 points.
 Meanwhile, Moore County blew past Forrest, posting a  50-15 win on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest  win Moore County has managed all season.
 Loretto's victory was  their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 7-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.1 points per game. As for Moore County, they now  have a winning record of 4-3.
 Loretto was able to grind out a solid  victory over Moore County in their previous matchup  back in November of 2022, winning  52-45. Does  Loretto have another victory up their sleeve, or will Moore County turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
