Baseball Recap: Calera's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Calera barely beat McAdory the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles blew past the Yellowjackets 8-1 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Calera's record is now 12-15. As for McAdory, they dropped their record down to 15-12 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calera will head out to face off against Wetumpka at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for McAdory, they will take on Hueytown at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Golden Gophers will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Yellowjackets surely won't give up without a fight.
