Linton-Stockton dropped down to 13-5 on Saturday, ending the team's five-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Evansville Mater Dei Wildcats by a score of 2-1. The Miners were not able to make up for their loss to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in October of 2017.
Ella Warrick paced Linton-Stockton's offense, picking up ten kills. Warrick got some help from Audrey Sullivan and her seven assists. Taylor Warrick controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
