Thomasville had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They were the clear victors by  a  12-2 margin over the South Davidson Wildcats.  Elijah McNeair made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  allowing only two  hits while striking out ten over six innings pitched. He also  tossed  no  earned runs, which is notable because Thomasville is undefeated when he allows at  most  one  earned run, but 9-11 otherwise. McNeair was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in two of his four plate appearances with two  stolen bases and two  runs. He is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last three games he's  played.

 In other batting news,  Travail Barnes was  incredible,  going 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and two  RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Thomasville's success: when he posts  at  least two  runs the team is 10-1 (and 2-10 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of  Matthew Bankhead, who  went 2-for-3 with three  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  RBI.
Thomasville now  has a winning record of 12-11. As for South Davidson,  they are  on  a  nine-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-14.
