North Andrew extended the longest winning streak in Platte Valley (8 Man) this week by beating Southwest, 26-22. The win marks seventh in a row for the the Cardinals.
Southwest's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Wildcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ethan Crowe has thrown for 721 yards and 15 touchdowns this season, while Mehrhoff Mason has 11 catches for 270 yards. Crowe also leads the league in rushing with 1126 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between DeKalb and the Wildcats. The Tigers comes into the matchup ranked 11th in the state, while Southwest ranks second.
Union Star led Platte Valley (8 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 64 points on Union Star.
