It was a good run, but Archer unfortunately witnessed the end of their 13-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Grayson Rams by a score of 67-64. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Monday (55), the Tigers still had to take the loss.

Archer's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 14-2. As for Grayson, they pushed their record up to 14-1 with the victory, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.

Archer will head out on the road to face off against Newton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Newton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Archer surely won't give up without a fight. As for Grayson, they will host South Gwinnett at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Grayson's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
