The White Station Spartans fell victim to the Germantown Red Devils''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They were dealt a 42-0 defeat at the hands of the Red Devils. While losing is never fun, White Station can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 107th, while Germantown is ranked fifth).
White Station's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 4-6. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 8.3 points per game. As for Germantown, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.
White Station does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Germantown will be playing in front of their home fans against West Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
