It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Analy Tigers can now relate to. They were dealt a 49-0 defeat at the hands of St. Bernard's on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty 49 points in the game before, Analy couldn't push the score so high this time.
It was another big night for Wyatt Simoni, who rushed for 307 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per carry. Simoni really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run.
Analy's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for St. Bernard's, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3.
Analy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. St. Bernard's will take on Miramonte at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
