Shawnee waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their defense stepped up to hand the Nathan Hale Rangers a 2-0 shutout. For Shawnee, this counts as revenge for the 5-1 victory Nathan Hale walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2017.

Camden Sateren was the driving force of Shawnee's attack as he scored both of Shawnee's goals, bringing his season total up to five goals.

Shawnee pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those three contests. As for Nathan Hale, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shawnee will head out to take on McAlester at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Nathan Hale, they will venture away from home to challenge Durant at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Nathan Hale are facing Durant at the right time seeing as Durant are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
