Hillcrest needed a changed in momentum after dropping three straight games and they got it from  Nicholas Shaw. The Hillcrest Trojans came out on top against the Valley View Eagles by a score of  24-14  on Friday thanks in part to  Shaw, who picked up 111 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Hillcrest is undefeated when  Shaw posts two or  more  receiving touchdowns, but 3-4 otherwise.

 Hillcrest's record is now 6-4. As for Valley View, their loss was  their fourth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 5-5.
 Hillcrest does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Valley View has already played their next matchup,  a  35-3  victory against Moreno Valley on the 8th.
