Last Friday, Groveton was the victim of a rough 54-33 defeat at the hands of Robinson. That's two games in a row now that Groveton has lost by exactly 21 points.
Meanwhile, Onalaska strolled past Woden with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 71-54.
Among those leading the charge was Dante Leleux, who scored 16 points along with 9 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Lucas Jackson, who scored 7 points along with 7 assists and 4 steals.
Groveton now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Onalaska, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Things could have been worse for Groveton, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 77-62 loss to Onalaska in their previous meeting back in December of 2022.
