Last Saturday, Arvada-Clearmont had to suffer through a rough 67-34 loss at the hands of Midwest. Arvada-Clearmont has not had much luck with Midwest recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Meanwhile, Hulett had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past Edgemont 67-44.
Arvada-Clearmont dropped their record down to 0-8 with that defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Hulett, the win got them back to even at 6-6.
Arvada-Clearmont took a serious blow against Hulett in their previous matchup back in January, falling 60-24. Can Arvada-Clearmont avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
