Cameron won the last time they faced Notre Dame and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Dragons walked away with a 7-2 win over the Fighting Irish.

Cameron has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.6 runs over those games. As for Notre Dame, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 11-9.

Cameron does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Notre Dame, they will face off against Magnolia at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Fighting Irish are facing the Blue Eagles at the right time seeing as the Blue Eagles are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
