While Antioch's  win against Wauconda wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Sequoits narrowly escaped with a  victory as the  team sidled past the Bulldogs  5-3. Winning may never get old, but the Sequoits sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
Antioch pushed their record up to 13-10 with the  win, which was their third straight  at home. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Wauconda,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 5-21.
