Basketball Recap: Landon Gall's Big Game Can't Quite Lead All Saints' Academy over Tenoroc

All Saints' Academy was the 68-42 winner over Tenoroc when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The All Saints' Academy Saints took a 63-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tenoroc Titans on Thursday. The Saints have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

All Saints' Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Landon Gall, who posted 12 points along with six assists and four steals. Gall has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Jayden Watson was another key player, putting up 12 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals.

It was another big night for Amir Rathore, who went 9 of 16 en route to 25 points for Tenoroc. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyrek Garrett, who put up 12 points.

All Saints' Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Tenoroc, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

All Saints' Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 46-43 victory against First Academy on the 17th. As for Tenoroc, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 66-45 defeat against Lakeland Christian on the 17th.
