Union Mine found their leader in underclassman Isaac Zmerzlikar, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 19 rebounds. Zmerzlikar hasn't dropped below 15 points for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Nate Sweet, who scored 22 points along with three steals.
Bradshaw Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 15-12. As for Union Mine, their victory was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 25-2.
Bradshaw Christian will take on the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in El Dorado's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five games. As for Union Mine, they will head out on the road to take on the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Galt has now lost ten straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 29.
