Sherwood took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Cedar Valley, who comes in off a win.
Cedar Valley scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They managed a 60-54 win over Timpanogos.
Cedar Valley got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Owen Bawden out in front who scored 13 points along with four blocks. Those 13 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Hunter Larson, who scored 15 points along with nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, Sherwood's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their fourth straight loss. They were the victim of a tough 56-33 loss at the hands of Westview. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Sherwood has scored all season.
Cedar Valley's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Sherwood, they bumped their record down to 2-5 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
