The Felicity-Franklin Cardinals scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They walked away with an 84-74 victory over Blanchester. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Felicity-Franklin got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Caleb Ninichuck out in front who scored 18 points along with six rebounds. That's the first time this season that Ninichuck scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Jordan Blevins, who scored 12 points.
Felicity-Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Blanchester, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Felicity-Franklin will be home for the holidays to greet Manchester at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Blanchester will be home for the holidays to greet Reading at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
