The St. Francis Knights put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Paideia 71-34 at home. St. Francis might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won four matches by 25 points or more this season.
Sa'Mya Wyatt was her usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of St. Francis' points. Giaunni Rogers was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
St. Francis' victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Paideia, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season.
St. Francis will take on Greenforest at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Greenforest will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings (they are ranked 172nd, while St. Francis is ranked third). Paideia won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Drew Charter at 6:00 p.m. on December 2nd.
