Hawken had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 65-49 victory over the Elyria Catholic Panthers. For the Hawks, this counts as revenge for the 70-68 win the Panthers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2022.

Hawken pushed their record up to 16-7 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.3 points over those games. As for Elyria Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-18.

Coming up, Hawken will face off against Ursuline at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Elyria Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
