York extended their winning streak to seven games thanks to a huge performance from Lainey Portwine. The York Dukes came out on top against the Northwest Vikings by a score of 46-37 on Saturday thanks in part to Portwine, who went 5 for 9 on her way to 13 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals. Those 13 points gave her a new career-high.
The team also got some help courtesy of Kinslee Kern, who posted 11 points and four steals. She is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for three straight games.
