Woodward was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 89-68 to the Start Spartans. One positive for the Polar Bears, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodward will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Monclova Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on February 11th. As for Start, they are taking a road trip to take on Sandusky at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
