Barton extended the longest winning streak in 3A Region 2 this week by beating Episcopal, 38-21. The victory was the eighth in a row for the Bears.
Riverview's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Raiders feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Cole Butler has thrown for 602 yards and four touchdowns this season, while Desmond Pettis has 19 catches for 290 yards. McKenzie Jones leads the league in rushing with 539 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Rose Bud takes on Riverview. As it stands, the Ramblers are in third, while the Raiders are in fourth.
Harding Academy led 3A Region 2 in scoring this week after putting up 69 points on Mayflower.
