Apollo were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Marshall County 50-7. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Apollo as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Apollo's win brought them up to 5-4. Marshall County are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.
After their action against one another, the teams are leaving the conference to test themselves against outside opponents. Apollo will square off against Daviess County at 7:00 PM next week. Marshall County will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Spencer County.
