Hilltop won against Batavia  last Saturday with 12  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Tuesday. Everything went the Cadets' way against the Fairview Apaches as they made off with  a  12-3 win. The  victory continues a trend for the Cadets in their matchups with the Apaches: they've now won four in a row.
 Giada Rising spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on eight hits and racked up six Ks.
 On the hitting side,  Kenley Routt was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Routt is  crushing it when it comes to  stolen bases: she's   snagged at least one every time she's  taken the field this season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Libbie Baker, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs and one  triple.
