Sarasota had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Booker Tornadoes 89-55. The Sailors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Booker still got an impressive performance from J.P Lattimore, who posted 23 points. Another player making a difference was Chris Perets, who had 11 points.

Sarasota's victory bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Booker, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-9.

Sarasota wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 90-61 win against Braddock on the 17th. Booker has also already played their next game, a 71-63 defeat against Riverview Sarasota on the 16th.
