The First Flight Nighthawks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Hertford County Bears at 5:00 p.m. First Flight is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.5 goals per game this season.

Hertford County will be up against a hot First Flight squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. First Flight came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against Hickory.

Summer Stevens and Tori Vanacore scored all three of First Flight's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 21 goals.

Meanwhile, Hertford County fell victim to Northeastern and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They lost 9-0 to the Eagles. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

First Flight pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those four matchups. As for Hertford County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
