Trey Morris posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 16 over six innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one earned run in eight consecutive appearances.
