The match between Challenger and Pinnacle Classical Academy wasn't particularly close, with Challenger falling 70-51. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Challenger in their matchups with Pinnacle Classical Academy: they've now lost three in a row.
Challenger's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Braelon Roe, who scored 12 points along with 6 assists and 6 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Annis, who scored 21 points.
Pinnacle Classical Academy was led to victory by Cody Humphries and Braylon Gentry. Humphries scored 13 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 steals, while Gentry scored 31 points. The game was Gentry's third in a row with at least ten points. Evan Bridges was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 8 assists and 7 steals.
Challenger's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Pinnacle Classical Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-3.
