Ridge is 8-2 against Franklin since January of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Ridge Red Devil's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Franklin Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on February 8th. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Millburn typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Ridge proved too difficult a challenge. They strolled past the Millers with points to spare, taking the game 59-43.
Meanwhile, Franklin scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They walked away with an 88-76 win over Pioneer Academy. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Franklin, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season.
Ridge beat Franklin 53-44 in their previous matchup back in February of 2020. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ridge since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
