Mountain View pushed their score all the way to 56 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 64-56 to Riverdale Ridge. Mountain View has struggled against Riverdale Ridge recently, as their game on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Mountain View might have lost, but man, Tyson Mares-Benz was a machine: he dropped a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mares-Benz has scored all season. Keegan Amans was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Niwot, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 62-45 loss to Frederick on Tuesday.
Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Niwot, their loss dropped their record down to 4-15.
