The biggest upset of the week belonged to Lyndhurst, who took down 140th ranked Lyndhurst, 35-21.
Cresskill was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from seventh to fifth in North Jersey - Liberty. The Cougars vanquished the Golden Bears 35-21 earlier in the week.
Dante Tobler was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 20 carries, he ran for 201 yards as New Milford beat Secaucus. Teammate Joe Victory added to the ground attack by rushing for 41 yards.
Pompton Lakes's Robbie Meyers and Corey Flynn have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Meyers has thrown for 333 yards this season, while Flynn, a 6-foot-3 receiver, has eight catches for 125 yards. The Knights' Tobler leads the league in rushing yards with 606.
Two of the top units in North Jersey - Liberty will face off this week when New Milford takes on Ridgefield Memorial. The Knights' offense has racked up 99 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while the Royals have allowed only 128 on the year.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Cardinals take on Lyndhurst. At the moment, Pompton Lakes is in first, while the Golden Bears are in fourth.
New Milford moved up to 109 from 156 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Knights were able to make the jump by beating the Patriots 26-12.
