The Mountain View Christian Academy Conquerors scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They breezed by Shenandoah Valley Academy at home to the tune of 49-12. The victory was nothing new for Mountain View Christian Academy as they're now sitting on six straight.
Mountain View Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Eryn Demko, who scored 27 points along with eight steals and five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Demko has scored all season. Taylor Spiewak was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 14 rebounds.
Mountain View Christian Academy's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. As for Shenandoah Valley Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain View Christian Academy will play host again and welcome Blue Ridge Christian, where tip off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Blue Ridge Christian is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. As for Shenandoah Valley Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Takoma Academy at 7:30 p.m.
