Beech is a perfect 10-0 against Hendersonville since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. Beech will head out to face off against Hendersonville at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Beech's win against Springfield wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Beech skirted past Springfield 9-8. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Buccaneers have posted since April 30, 2024.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hendersonville). They blew past Gallatin 19-8 on Tuesday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Lacey Toth was a standout: she scored three runs while going 3-for-5. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Tatum Parman, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4.

Hendersonville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .568. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Beech has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. Hendersonville's record is now 7-8.

Thursday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Beech hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .381. However, it's not like Hendersonville struggles in that department as they've averaged .331. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Everything went Beech's way against Hendersonville in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Beech made off with a 14-1 victory. Will Beech repeat their success, or does Hendersonville has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
