It was a proper cat-fight when Flippin took on Bergman on Friday. The Bobcats blew past the Panthers 16-1. Considering the Bobcats have won nine matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Flippin is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Bergman, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Flippin will challenge rival Mountain View at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Bergman is set to face off against their familiar foe Salem at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
