Monroe-Woodbury had won seven straight games and ETHAN MALDONADO did his part to make it eight on Friday. The Crusaders breezed past the Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks to the tune of 49-15 with plenty of help from MALDONADO, who rushed for 112 yards and two scores on only 11 carries, and also threw for 147 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes.
