The Dexter Bearcats''s game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They blew past Malden 78-8 at home. The result was nothing new for Dexter, who have now won four games by 22 points or more so far this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dexter to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jackson Howard, who threw for 222 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. The team also got some help courtesy of Lee-michael Mcdonald, who gained 130 total yards and two touchdowns.
Dexter has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Malden, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Dexter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Malden is also done with their season.
