Guerin Catholic was led to victory by Ava Bills and Annie Murphy. Bills scored 10 points along with 7 steals, while Murphy went 6 for 9 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points and 2 assists. Caroline Ford was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 5 steals.
When it comes to explaining why Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter lost, one person who can't be blamed is Nia Stubblefield. Despite the final result, she scored 15 points. Stubblefield scored a full 53.6% of Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter's points, the seventh time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
