Sale Creek got themselves on the board against Lookout Valley on Tuesday, but Lookout Valley never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Yellowjackets with a sharp 12-0 win. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by ten runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Jackson McClendon, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. Tyler Marler was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Sale Creek always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .581. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in four consecutive games.

Sale Creek's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Lookout Valley, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sale Creek will welcome Midway at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lookout Valley, they will be playing in front of their home fans against CSTHEA at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
