Softball Recap: Waipahu Drops Highest Score of Season Against Farrington

Waipahu was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 29-28 heartbreaker at the hands of the Farrington Governors. One positive for the Marauders, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Waipahu's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Farrington, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Looking ahead, Waipahu will head out to square off against 'Aiea at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Farrington, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Kailua at 10:00 a.m. on April 12.
