Kip Brigham Delivers Electric Performance Vs Logan View/Scribner-Snyder
Kip Brigham was instrumental in extending Wahoo's winning streak to seven on Friday. Logan View/Scribner-Snyder had no answer to Brigham as he rushed for 183 yards and six touchdowns on only seven carries. Brigham's longest rush was for an impressive 68 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Wahoo's victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Brigham and Wahoo will challenge Fort Calhoun at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Blake Welchert Turns in Season-Best Effort
Blake Welchert produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Fort Calhoun to the win on Friday. Welchert rushed for 142 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 87-yard run.
Concordia's probably not too fond of Welchert given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Welchert saw the Mustangs), he rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns.

Bohlen Came Up Big in Douglas County West's 14-8 Win
Kelan Bohlen posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 110 yards on only nine carries, and also threw for 90 yards and two touchdowns.
On the season, Bohlen has thrown 13 touchdowns while averaging 141.3 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he had seven passing touchdowns.

Another Fort Calhoun player making an appearance on this list is Adam Elofson. He threw for 187 yards and two touchdowns on only 16 passes, and also rushed for 34 yards and a touchdown.
