It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Bowling Green had no problem doing just that  on Wednesday. In a tight  game that could have gone either way, they made off with  a  52-51 victory over the Adair County Indians. The  win was familiar territory for the Purples, who have now won seven  matchups in a row.
 Adair County's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Connor Loy, who  almost  dropped  a double-double with 14 points and nine  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Isaiah Cochran, who  went 7-for-14  on his way to 14  points and eight  boards.
Bowling Green's victory was  their tenth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 28-6. The  wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 73.7 points over those games. As for Adair County, their defeat  ended  an  eight-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 30-6.
 Bowling Green wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  contest,  an  80-74  victory against Blazer on the 28th. Adair County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
