Victor took down Darby 64-20 last week, the largest margin of any game. Matt Kittel threw for 279 yards and six touchdowns and ran for 84 yards in the win.
Noxon made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 597 from 664. The improvement came about via a 60-30 victory over Arlee last week.
The Red Devils' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Brandon Piazzola threw for 336 and six touchdowns and Taylor Tasker had 195 yards receiving. On the ground Piazzola chipped in 216 yards. Austin Tucker helped Noxon's passing attack out by catching seven balls for 101 yards.
Jacob Casebolt made the biggest impact on defense this week as Seeley-Swan lost to Lincoln. The 6-foot-2 senior forced one fumble and racked up 1.0 sack.
The Pirates' Kittel and Kyle Ball have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Western C (8 Man) in both passing and receiving yards. Kittel has thrown for 1883 yards this season, while Ball has 56 catches for 779 yards. Piazzola from Noxon leads the league in rushing with 1086 yards.
Victor's Kittel is within 117 passing yards of surpassing 2,000 on the season coming into this week's game against the Scarlet Warriors.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Josh Patterson's team takes on Drummond. The Red Devils are in fifth place, while the Trojans are in second place.
Brandon Howell's team led the league in scoring this week after putting up 64 points on the Tigers. Kittel in the win.
