Eustace was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight  loss  dating back to last season. They had to suffer through  a    47-13 loss at the hands of the Buffalo Bison. The Bulldogs lost against the Bison in their previous head to head  back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the  50-42 score last time.
 Buffalo's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Cole Davis led the charge by rushing for 117 yards and three  scores on only 13 carries.  Hayden Shaw helped out on the ground, rushing for 100 yards and a  rushing touchdown.
Eustace's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Buffalo,  the  victory  got them back to even at 1-1.
 Eustace wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  matchup,  a  16-14  loss against Rice on the 12th. As for Buffalo, they have also already played their next contest,  a  44-0  defeat against Shepherd on the 12th.
