They took a serious blow against Springfield Renaissance, falling 75-23. Mount Everett Regional was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-11.
Leading Springfield Renaissance to victory were Maya Ocana-saunders and Zi'yan Wallace. Ocana-saunders scored 18 points, while Wallace scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jada Marerro, who scored nine points.
Mount Everett Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Springfield Renaissance, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.
