Canterbury was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Sarasota Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.
Several Crusaders players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Charles Wilder, who scored eight points along with 18 rebounds and two steals. Wilder is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last four games he's played. Kayden Calhoun was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with five rebounds.
Leading Sarasota Christian to victory were Matthias Hulka and Randall Collins. Hulka scored 13 points along with five assists, while Collins scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Justin Brock, who scored five points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Canterbury has been struggling recently, as they've lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season. As for Sarasota Christian, their win bumped their record up to 14-7.
