Underclassman Olivia Boast came into Tuesday's matchup looking to prove herself and that's exactly what she did. She wasn't messing around on Tuesday, pitching 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The pitching appearance was her third straight with two or fewer walks.

Boast's strong effort led Walkertown over T.W. Andrews and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolfpack are a perfect 9-0 against the Red Raiders going back to April of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
