 At the plate,  Audrey Ortiz was  incredible,  going 2-for-4 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and one  double. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Arianah Cardoso, who  went 2-for-5 with three  RBI, two  doubles,  and one  run.
Sanger has  been performing  well recently as they've  won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record  this season. As for Madera, their defeat  ended  a  six-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 17-8.
 Sanger has already played their next game,  a  3-2  win against Clovis West on the 16th. As for Madera, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  match,  a  6-4  victory against Redwood on the 16th.
