The Little River Redskins put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Pretty Prairie 71-42 on the road. Little River has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 29 points or more this season.
Little River found their leader in underclassman Arika Feldman, who almost dropped a triple-double on 26 points, nine rebounds, and ten steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Feldman has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Alaina Eck, who scored 14 points along with eight assists and five steals.
Little River's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Pretty Prairie, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Berean Academy the next time they take the court. Pretty Prairie will host Berean Academy on Tuesday, while Little River will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
