After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Valley Christian, Crismon was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Westview Knights get on the board and left with a 17-0 win. Considering the Rattlers have won 18 contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Jaylie Tuturow looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over four innings pitched. Those nine strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
